You may create an account to access personalized features such as saved product inventory and recall alerts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Let's Find Out AND ARHONEORIGINAL HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARHONEORIGINAL HOLDINGS LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Certain features may be offered to free-tier users on a promotional or introductory basis. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or remove access to any feature at any time, including but not limited to transitioning features from free to premium-only access. For example, features such as the Live Recall Feed that are currently available to free users may become premium-only features when the native mobile app launches or at any time thereafter.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes to feature availability through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance.
